Prior to joining SVN | Toomey Property Advisors in October of 2019, Steven spent more than 15 years on a wide range of construction projects, from commercial new builds to residential remodeling. He was the Vice President at Rowe Construction for 10 years where he focused on developing, constructing, and maintaining commercial and residential projects from start to finish. This unique experience, along with his hard work and determination, has given him in-depth knowledge into all aspects of the development process.

That experience molds Steven into a great asset for SVN | Toomey Property Advisor's team and for our clients. He is focused on developing his expertise and knowledge in the Southeast markets in order to expand his service offerings to his multifamily and investment sale clients. He currently owns and manages a portfolio of properties, thus he not only understands the market in the multifamily world, he also realizes the inner workings and goals associated with personally owning properties.
