• Our requirements are; income is 2.5 - 3x the rent, no evictions, or violent arrests. We do a credit check but we do not have a minimum score. We just make sure your basic bills are being paid. Phone bill, car payments, Tj Maxx Cards, no recent repossessions, etc.

• Completed employment and rental verification from a current / former landlord or property manager.

• Animals under 30 lbs are allowed at some properties with certain fees
